Crash Tester
We will conduct several compression tests to examine the strength of paper and cardboard.
Paper, cardboard, paper tubes, and other strength tests are possible. By replacing the sample holder (optional), tests such as RCT, CMT, ECT, CCT, FCT, and PAT can be conducted. It features a sturdy frame made of steel and aluminum. It is driven by a servo motor and high-precision ball screws. The level of the main unit can be adjusted with screws at the bottom. It includes an emergency stop button and has a CE mark. Measurement range: 0 to 5,000 N. Test range: 140 mm. Pressure plate: 150 mm x 150 mm. Test speed: 1 to 150 mm/min. Safety measures: overload detection via program and limit switch. Type B: connection to management control program via USB. Maintenance and USB for printer. It measures the applied pressure with an accuracy of 0.004% FS and elongation with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. Accuracy: less than 1% of the applied force in the range of 2 to 100% FS.
